CPS School Food Survey - Due Fri, Mar 21st

Reminder | Last Chance: Complete the CPS School Food Survey 

Students and parents, it's your last chance to fill out the annual CPS School Food Survey due Friday, March 21st. This survey uses their feedback to improve school meals next school year and beyond. The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete and must be filled out in one sitting. The CPS Department of Nutrition Support Services will award a special prize to the elementary school and high school with the most survey responses.
