How We Collaborate

Updated: Aug 18, 2022

Our Students:

With project based and cross-grade level programming Hamilton students not only learn to work in small groups, they master subject matter by becoming the teachers themselves. This collaboration creates a dynamic environment which engages and encourages students to be active participants in their learning.

Middle school students contribute to the community outside of Hamilton through service hours and elementary and intermediate students develop service projects in their classrooms.

Our athletics programs develop camaraderie in a way only sports teams can. Individual development is fostered for the betterment and success of the team.

Our Teachers:

We believe in the power of teamwork and practicing what we teach. Through weekly grade band meetings, monthly full staff meetings and daily open communication our teachers learn from each other, find ways to partner and create opportunities for their students.

A collaborative environment doesn’t just happen and the administration at Hamilton is dedicated to fostering its development through professional and personal development resources, team building initiatives and active listening when challenges arise.
