Gymnatorium Naming Rights
The Hamilton Gymnatorium is a hub for our entire community. Students use the space daily for athletics and for a significant portion of the year while working on dance, music, and theater performances. Not only do Hamilton families engage in this space throughout the year but the space is rented to outside organizations who bring in community members for their programs.
When you sponsor the naming rights to the Gymnatorium, your companies’ name will be held in highest regard and named for 5 years. It will be displayed at the entrance to the space and your company name will be included in all communications for events and rental agreements.
Room Naming Rights
As a fine and performing arts school, the Fine Arts Rooms at Hamilton are central to our students’ well-rounded education. The Visual Art Space/Art Lab, Music Room, and Dance Studio, are visited by all students in the building on a weekly basis. Parents visit the rooms for special performances and showcases throughout the year.
To further your name recognition, these fine arts spaces will be highlighted during student performances and on the Hamilton elementary website. Naming rights will be provided for 3 years time. A plaque will be placed outside the door of each room with logo and business name.
Performance Sponsorship
Three Fine Arts Performances occur throughout the year including our Musical Showcase, Dance Showcase and Middle School Musical. A visual arts show will be hosted at minimum once throughout the year.
These activities will be presented by your business for 3 years. (Example: Winter Musical Showcase presented by YOUR COMPANY). Logo recognition will be visible in the hallway outside the gymnatorium during performances.
Athletic Sponsorship
Hamilton’s athletic program is quickly growing with around half of our middle school students participating in a sport at some point in the year. Our students compete against schools across CPS at locations across the city.
As an athletics sponsor you will have the opportunity to display your logo on team gear as well as a banner in the gymnatorium during sport events at Hamilton. Specifics decided on between Campaign Team and Sponsor.
Seat Sponsorship
When our gymnatorium is set up for performances and athletic events, folding chairs are utilized throughout the space. With a seat sponsorship, your logo will be placed on all folding chairs. Your logo will be visible for 3 years. 200-250 chairs are set up during one performance with a minimum of two performances for each event.

Aside from your exclusive sponsorship opportunity, as a sponsor of the ESSENTIAL Campaign, you'll be recognized on our website, in the Hamilton Action Team newsletter and throughout the year on social media. The combined audience is over 1,200 individuals in Lakeview, Roscoe Village, and Chicago.
